Your marketing and messaging has to be on point for any sustainability to happen. Unfortunately this is the point when most successful businesses settle for the plateau. You resort to beliefs that sound something like this, “well this is as far as I can take the business,” or “I’m gonna continue growing my business through word of mouth. It’s been working so far, but man, it’s hard to constantly chase new clients to add to my pipeline.” Or this one is my favorite, “I’ve just been making it up as I go along and it’s been doing ok so far.”​
